Founded by Kelly Ginn, Green Span Profiles opened a 70,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 21200 FM 362, just north of U.S. 290, in 2011. The company expects to hire 15 employees to staff the new production line.

The company's products, used in various cold storage and industrial building applications in Houston and nationwide, will be installed at its new manufacturing facility. The panels are designed to help reduce initial construction costs and boost thermal efficiency, according to Green Span Profiles.

“We know their products well, so that certainly gives us a big advantage when it comes to designing and building their new facility,” Keith Dalton, president of KDW, said in a statement.
