Las Vegas, Nevada, December 9, 2021 (Global News Service)-Via NewMediaWire-Hemp Company (OTC PINK: HEMP) is one of the leading global leaders in the industrial hemp industry and today reported that the House of Representatives Legislators introduced the CBD Product Safety and Standardization Act last week, which will "set federal standards for CBD food and beverage products to protect consumers and provide market stability for farmers and retailers." The bill will require the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to establish regulations for foods and beverages containing hemp-derived CBD and allow them to conduct interstate trade.

This is a huge development in the cannabis industry that will benefit consumers. Since the declaration of hemp and its derivatives as federally legal under the 2018 Farm Act, the industry has been waiting for clear rules and regulations on food and beverages infused with hemp-derived CBD. Sponsored by Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-NY), Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Angie Craig (D-MN) and Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), the CBD Product Safety and Standardization Act will “help resolve the regulatory gap Cannabis stakeholders have been pushing the FDA to resolve.” Representative Katherine Rice (D-NY) recently pointed out that CBD products are gaining popularity, but the lack of federal regulation surrounding them puts consumers at risk and makes companies seek clarity. Spend.

The Bipartisan CBD Product Safety and Standardization Act of 2021 will establish a clear regulatory framework to provide stability for companies selling hemp-derived CBD food and beverages and ensure that unsafe products are removed from the shelves to ensure consumer safety. The current FDA regulations do not reflect the new reality of the proliferation of cannabis-derived foods. Therefore, “there are adulterated or unsafe products that threaten the health of consumers”.

Hemp, Inc. recent acquisitions

Hemp, Inc. has just made its second major acquisition in less than three months. In an all-stock transaction, Hemp, Inc. acquired full ownership of American Sustainable Rubber Corporation (ASR). This specific acquisition will enable Hemp, Inc. to use ASR's proprietary intellectual property rights to improve its cannabis cultivation and harvesting. The first acquisition was the acquisition of Ferris Holding, Inc., a leading co-packer and manufacturer located in Las Vegas, Nevada. To learn more about how these strategic acquisitions position the company for long-term profitable growth, click here.

With deep-rooted social and environmental missions at its core, Hemp, Inc. seeks to establish a business district for small cannabis growers in the United States, U.S. veterans, and other groups that experience a shrinking gap between income and soaring spending. The company's mission is to become a powerful engine for global social change and economic revival by providing environmentally friendly, sustainable and healthy hemp products. Hemp, Inc. executives believe that compliance with the corporate social responsibility program can bring tangible benefits.

Ten departments of HEMP, INC.

Hemp, Inc. has always intended to continue to invest in the construction of its cannabis infrastructure, especially since it did not exist before. In fact, the company instinctively follows the same path as Amazon...reinvests profits and working capital in building infrastructure. This is a business strategy that has been proven effective.

In all the years before this, the largest cannabis infrastructure in the United States has been built and completed, and the company now focuses 90% of its energy on marketing and revenue generation.

The ten divisions of Hemp, Inc. are as follows:

Division One-Industrial Hemp Infrastructure

Part Two-Cannabis Cultivation Infrastructure

Part Three-Cannabis Pre-rolled Hybrid Infrastructure

Part Four-Cannabis Educational Infrastructure

Part Five-Marijuana Marketing Infrastructure

Part VI-Accessories, Products and Services

Division Seven-Research and Development

Part 8-Industrial hemp investment and joint ventures

Division 9-Industrial Hemp Consulting

Division One-Industrial Hemp Infrastructure

The industrial hemp infrastructure sector consists of two hemp processing facilities. The largest of the two is its multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility and milling operations in Springhope, North Carolina. It is the largest "industrial hemp processing center" in the Western Hemisphere and has developed into one of the centers of excellence in the industrial hemp industry. The 85,000 square foot facility covers 9 acres. It is environmentally sustainable and built from the ground up, hoping to "make the United States a cannabis again."

The facility currently has approximately 769,794 pounds of raw kenaf bags, 363,225 pounds of DrillWall®; and 449,552 pounds of Spill-B-Gone™. There are approximately 1,582,571 pounds of product in total.

In addition to the company's two industrial hemp processing facilities, Hemp, Inc. has also acquired a major manufacturer and co-packer Ferris Holding Inc. ("Ferris"), headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hemp Inc.'s acquisition of all Ferris shares will save costs and increase revenue from products developed, manufactured and co-packaged by Ferris. As a leading co-packer and manufacturer, Ferris will expand Hemp, Inc.'s new products in the cannabis market, which can be distributed and sold by Hemp, Inc. worldwide.

Hemp, Inc. and colleagues also own land in Golden Valley, Arizona (100 miles from Las Vegas and 20 miles north of Kingman, Arizona). A large part of this land has been designated as the Veterans Village Relatives Community (VVKC) in Arizona and is preparing for industrial hemp cultivation. The company aims to boost the economy of these small towns by providing affordable cannabis processing services, which incentivizes local growers to add cannabis to their crop rotation.

Spill-Be-Gone® (an oil spill cleanup product)

Part Two-Cannabis Cultivation Infrastructure

Cannabis cultivation infrastructure (Part 2) includes farm equipment, cloning rooms, cloning and seeds, planting rooms, greenhouses, cannabis drying facilities, and a large number of peripheral farm tools and equipment. Over the past seven years, Hemp, Inc. has made amazing progress in its agricultural sector. (Visit https://www.hempincpresents.com/ to watch Hemp, Inc.'s growth videos in multiple locations.)

Hemp, Inc. also has three models of "small family cannabis farms". The "small family cannabis farm" in North Carolina covers an area of 12 acres, including a cloning room, a greenhouse, and enough land to grow 2,000-3,000 high CBD or CBG cannabis plants. This model shows farmers how to grow high CBD and CBG hemp plants, operate a greenhouse and turn a barn into a cloning room, earning up to $100,000 or more each year. This shows an example of how the "small family cannabis farm" can be replicated and reappeared in the American landscape. After all, the first small family farms in the United States were able to sustain economic survival by growing hemp as the main cash crop. The first five presidents of the United States were all hemp growers.

Two other "small family cannabis farms" models are located in Dolan Springs, Arizona. One of them is called "Orchard" because it has a fairly large organic orchard. There are 2 acres of land to grow CBG hemp; cloning room; cold storage; and planned greenhouse installation.

King of Hemp® Gummies-These CBD foods come in various flavors and potencies, 25 grams, 20 grams and 10 grams respectively. Flavors include raspberry, kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, guava, tropical, apple, citrus, berry soup, etc. CBD fruit rings (20 grams and 10 grams) are available in apples, peaches and watermelons. Various flavors of the King of Cannabis® Sour Bear (10 g) are also available in stock.

King of Hemp® Caviar (previously known as Moon Rocks) provides high CBD potency and rich flavor. Caviar is made from high-quality Bubba Kush hemp flower, coated with THC-free distillate, and then rolled in CBG-rich kief.

King of Hemp® Diamonds contains more than 95% CBD, derived from THC-free distillate infused with terpene.

King of Hemp® Pre-Rolls has a strong flavor and is made of organic, pesticide-free Bubba Kush hemp, wrapped in RAW natural roll paper. The unique wrapping paper is made of 100% plants and no chalk or dye is added. Pre-Rolls are sold online in single and six-piece packages.

Fortified Pre-Rolls is an efficient and delicious pre-roll recommended for experienced smokers. It uses the King of Cannabis® pre-roll and is covered with high CBD distillate to help kief.

Midnight Express is a high CBG Pre-Roll, made from high-quality hemp flowers, named in memory of Billy Hayes's book "Midnight Express" published in 1977, which is also a book Award-winning feature film, written by Oliver Stone (Oliver Stone). Hemp, Inc. uses a proprietary process for its Pre-Rolls, which includes mixing the best flowers from many hemp crops. King of Hemp® Pre-Rolls provides smokers with unique and consistent characteristics every time.

King of Hemp® Tinctures has a new formula that will soon be available in King of Hemp® online stores and retail outlets.

Hemp, Inc. began shipping its King of Hemp® product line to stores across the country at the end of 2020.

Part Three-Cannabis Pre-rolled Hybrid Infrastructure

Hemp, Inc. acquired Ferris Holding Inc. ("Ferris"), a major manufacturer and co-packer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The acquisition of all shares of Ferris by Hemp, Inc. will save costs and increase revenue from products developed, manufactured and co-packaged by Ferris. As a leading co-packer and manufacturer, Ferris will expand Hemp, Inc.'s new products in the cannabis market, which can be distributed and sold by Hemp, Inc. worldwide.

Ferris was established and started operations in 2005 and has been the manufacturer of Hemp, Inc.'s King of Hemp® smoking product line. With consistent first-class health sector ratings and innovative manufacturing processes that improve quality while reducing losses, Ferris is a highly regarded manufacturer. Ferris' ownership has agreed to allow its management team to stay for at least one year to ensure a smooth transition to Hemp , Inc.’s management team.

Hemp, Inc.'s Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company (IHMMCC) was reorganized into the ninth department and is now "the ninth department-industrial hemp consulting." In order to keep pace, Hemp, Inc. transformed its consulting department, working closely with each company to provide its years of expertise.

The basic framework or master plan of the relative community of the Veterans’ Village is to create a holistic treatment and learning center designed to educate and treat veterans with PTSD, alcoholism, methamphetamine addiction, opioid addiction, and other psychological conditions. Conduct training. They explored many aspects of becoming part of the emerging multi-billion dollar cannabis industry.

The company will also establish cannabis-growing communities for the relative communities of the “abuse” women and children’s villages; relative communities of the “orphans” village; the “homeless” Village Kins communities, and the “therapists” Village Kins communities (therapists are professional People who know how to treat these traumatized groups); and the "healer" community, called Healer Village Kings Community Arizona. These specific communities all work together and support each other at the same time.

For example, "healers" heal wounded veterans and women and children; women raise orphans, and orphans want to see people living at home instead of being homeless. Therefore, a part of the cannabis grown in each community is used to create and support another community, so that everyone has a feeling of giving back and helping others, as if they were self-help. This goes back to the therapists, who are also dedicated to healing veterans and other traumatized groups. This is the economic basis for how the sales of cannabis products operate as an example of the "quantum economic matrix" or "symbiotic economics," which is much more complicated than this brief description allows.

VVKC will include a 100,000 square foot GMP-compliant central processing plant and various health and wellness centers to support veterans who may have psychological, emotional or health problems. It will also provide a place for veterans and other Americans to learn new skills and participate in this multi-billion-dollar cannabis CBD market.
