The nursery box and operation room are separated from the growth room with aluminum alloy.


There are 10 layers of planting trays in the growth room, each of which has independent water supply ball valve and independent backwater. The planting tray is 1000cm in length and 70cm in width, and 4800-5300 lettuce can be planted at the same time. All stainless steel in the container is food grade 304 stainless steel.1.Water and fertilizer system
The water and fertilizer system is a special system for NFT hydroponic cultivation. There are four fertilizer channels. Plc controls peristaltic pump to absorb fertilizer. Each fertilizer channel is equipped with a 10 fertilizer bucket.
There are 1 12000L/H water pump, 1 backup water pump, 1 pipeline ultraviolet disinfection lamp and 1 oxygen machine in the water tank.


2. Growth lighting system
There are 10 LED plant growth lights with 5 meters per branch above each planting tray. The total length of LED lights in the growth room is 500m and the total power is 6000W. Each layer of growth light switch can be controlled independently.

3. Air circulation system
1.The air circulation system includes intake fans, outlet fans, top circulating fans, cross flow fans,air conditioner and dehumidifier.
Through the main control system, the air in the container can be changed automatically within 30 minutes.
The container is equipped with an adjustable dehumidifier, which can make the humidity in the container constant through the main control system, which is suitable for plant growth.
If the CO2 concentration exceeds the critical value, the air circulation system ventilates automatically.


4. Control and alarm system
The main control system can automatically control all kinds of environmental data such as light, temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration through PLC, automatically control NFT hydroponic planting system, automatically control the switching time of LED growth lamp, and simulate the natural environment.
The main control system can be accessed through mobile phone APP and browser.
It has its own network interface to upload and download work data in real time, and the sensor data can be uploaded to the cloud platform in real time. Users can view, download and print sensor data reports remotely.
With its own EC/PH sensor, it can collect the temperature, EC, PH and other data of water and fertilizer solution, and adjust the EC and PH of water and fertilizer solution in real time according to the data operation.
Manual control and automatic control can be switched freely. It also has an emergency stop button to turn off the power supply in the container with one button.
