GrowSpan Greenhouse Structures announced the addition of the Venlo series of greenhouses to their already extensive series of commercial, professional and amateur greenhouses. Although venlo greenhouses have been widely used in Europe, they are somewhat difficult to obtain in the United States. In order to meet the needs of American growers, GrowSpan will provide three different styles of greenhouse structures: traditional, convertible and wide span.

All three styles have a durable structure to ensure a long service life. They can also be fully customized to meet the most specific requirements, and they all have a variety of coating options, including polycarbonate, glass, and film. However, there are differences between the designs.

The GrowSpan traditional Venlo greenhouse is designed to ensure maximum light transmission. The sturdy design and the roof made of reinforced aluminum parts enable it to withstand strong winds and heavy snow loads. Traditional Venlo greenhouses can be equipped with continuous or alternating ridge vents.

The roof of the GrowSpan Cabrio Venlo greenhouse is fully opened, allowing growers to achieve 96% ventilation. The roof can be easily operated by an electric gear box, so growers can quickly meet their ventilation needs.

GrowSpan's WideSpan Venlo greenhouse features a wider design and fewer internal columns, so growers can get the most available space within the structure. This structure has a membrane-covered roof and is designed to promote a superior growth environment in the hottest climates. For ventilation, WideSpan Venlo has a double-sided continuous ridge vent.
